1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)

4 sprigs mint muddled with sugar (2 oz, 6 cl, 1/2 gills)

1 1/2 oz brandy (4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)

1 1/2 oz apricot flavored brandy (4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)

Stir until glass frosts

Serve with straws

Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
