Shake in iced cocktail shaker & strain
1 1/2 oz gin (4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
1 oz pastis (3 cl, 1/4 gills)
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
Fill with ice, soda
Add sugar to taste
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
