4 to 6 lime wedges (2 oz, 6 cl, 1/2 gills)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
3 ounces cachaça (9 cl, 3/4 gills)
Muddle the limes and sugar in an old-fashioned glass. Add crushed ice and cachaça, and stir thoroughly.
Serve in a rocks glass (6.0 oz)
