Shake with ice and strain
1/2 kirsch. (1 1/2 oz, 4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
1/4 gin. (3/4 oz, 2 cl, 3/16 gills)
1/4 Cointreau. (3/4 oz, 2 cl, 3/16 gills)
1 Teaspoon lemon juice. (1/2 oz, 1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
1 dash of white of an egg.
Shake and strain.
Frost the rim of glass by rubbing in orange juice and sugar.
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
