1/3 Dry sherry (Pale). (1 oz, 3 cl, 1/4 gills)
1/3 Booth's gin. (1 oz, 3 cl, 1/4 gills)
1/6 Cointreau. (1/2 oz, 1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
1/6 lemon juice. (1/2 oz, 1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
Squeeze lemon Peel on top.
Shake.
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
