Shake with ice and strain
1/8 green curacao, Bols. (1/2 oz, 1 cl, 1/8 gills)
2/8 Cognac. (3/4 oz, 2 cl, 3/16 gills)
Shake.
Pour into flat Champagne glass
Pinch of salt on top.
5/8 Champagne. (2 oz, 5.5 cl, 1/2 gills)
Serve in a Champagne glass (6.0 oz)
