Shake with ice and strain
1/4 Booth's gin. (3/4 oz, 2 cl, 3/16 gills)
1/4 Grand Marnier. (3/4 oz, 2 cl, 3/16 gills)
1/4 brandy XXX. (3/4 oz, 2 cl, 3/16 gills)
1/4 pineapple juice, unsweetened. (3/4 oz, 2 cl, 3/16 gills)
Shake well and serve with squeeze of lemon Peel.
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
