Shake with ice and strain
1/2 whisky (1 1/2 oz, 4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
1/2 sweetened pineapple juice (1 1/2 oz, 4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
Finish off before shaking with a dash of absinthe bitters
Shake and serve, squeezing a little lemon peel on top of each glass
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
