Stir with ice and strain
3/4 brandy (2 1/4 oz, 6.5 cl, 9/16 gills)
1/4 orgeat syrup (3/4 oz, 2 cl, 3/16 gills)
2 dashes Boker's bitters
1 or 2 pieces lemon Peel (1/2 oz, 1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
Stir and strain into cocktail glass
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
