1/2 Calisaya (1 1/2 oz, 4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
1 dash absinthe
Shake
For a Brut, French style 4 dashes Angostura
1/3 Amer Picon (1 oz, 3 cl, 1/4 gills)
2/3 French vermouth (2 oz, 6 cl, 1/2 gills)
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
