Mexican Coffee

1 tsp brown (or regular) sugar (Substitute 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao or Kahlua) (4 dashes)
1 1/2 oz Tequila (4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
Fill with hot coffee
Top with whipped cream
Float 1/4 oz Kahlua on cream (optional) (6 dashes, 1/16 gills)
Serve in a irish coffee glass (6.0 oz)
