Blend
1 1/2 oz light rum (4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
1/2 oz fresh lime juice (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
1/2 tsp sugar (2 dashes)
4 pineapple chunks (2 oz, 6 cl, 1/2 gills)
Blend with lots of crushed ice
Build into snow cone
Add pineapple chunk
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
