Shake in iced cocktail shaker & strain/build
1 egg yolk (1/2 oz, 1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
3/4 tsp sugar (3 dashes)
1/2 oz brandy (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
1/4 oz Jamaica rum (6 dashes, 1/16 gills)
4 oz madeira wine (12 cl, 1 gills)
Strain into glass
Add nutmeg sprinkle
Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)
