Build
1 lump sugar (1/2 oz, 1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
1 orange peel (1/2 oz, 1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
1 twist of lemon (1/2 oz, 1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
2 oz brandy (6 cl, 1/2 gills)
Ignite brandy, stir with a long metal spoon
Pour into preheated glass
Serve in a rocks glass (6.0 oz)
