Vodka Sling Variation

Build, fill glass with ice
2 oz vodka (6 cl, 1/2 gills)
1 tsp sugar dissolved in water (4 dashes)
Fill with soda or water
(If hot water is used, skip ice, top with nutmeg)
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
