Rum Julep

1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
1 oz water (3 cl, 1/4 gills)
Muddle several mint sprigs with sugar & water
Fill with crushed ice
Stir until glass frosts
Add several mint sprigs
1 1/2 oz light rum (4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)
