1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
1 oz fresh lemon juice (3 cl, 1/4 gills)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (2 dashes)
1/2 tsp nutmeg (2 dashes)
1/2 oz light rum (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
Fill with cider
Traditionally, the mixture is heated by dipping a red hot iron poker into
it.
Serve in a mug (12.0 oz)
