Shake in iced cocktail shaker & strain/build
1 egg (1/2 oz, 1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
3 oz milk (9 cl, 3/4 gills)
1 oz brandy (3 cl, 1/4 gills)
1 oz Jamaica rum (3 cl, 1/4 gills)
1 oz madeira wine (3 cl, 1/4 gills)
Strain into glass with ice
Add nutmeg sprinkle
Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)
