Shake in iced cocktail shaker & strain/blend
1 oz bourbon (3 cl, 1/4 gills)
1 oz creme de banana (3 cl, 1/4 gills)
1/2 oz triple sec (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
2 oz pineapple juice (6 cl, 1/2 gills)
Fill with ice
Add pineapple spear
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
