Build, fill glass with crushed ice
1 tsp sugar dissolved in water (4 dashes)
1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey (4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
Add orange slice, lemon wedge
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
