Hot Mint Burgundy Delight

Build
1 tsp sugar, lemon twist, (4 dashes)
1/2 oz Maraschino cherry juice (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)
3 oz Burgundy (9 cl, 3/4 gills)
Muddle 3 mint sprigs, (1 1/2 oz, 4.5 cl, 3/8 gills)
Fill with hot water
Add cinnamon stick as swizzle
Serve in a rocks glass (6.0 oz)
