Defunct proprietary Bols liqueur also known as Creme de Ciel. Like blue Curacao, Creme of the Sky was an orange flavoured liqueur, artificially colored blue. Cited in the Cafe Royal Cocktail Book (London, 1937) in the recipe "Blue Skies".
